The home is 2-story. The kitchen, dining area, living room and 3 king suites, plus an additional full hall bath, are all located on the main level. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms. One of the upstairs bedrooms is a king suite and the other is a bunk suite with 2 sets of twin bunks and a private bath. The back deck overlooks the home's grassy lawn. Enjoy the great view with a cup of coffee, glass of wine, or just relax in the sparkling hot tub. 1 Colonial has a fully stocked kitchen with all of the kitchen tools that you will need to prepare your group's meals. The home has an attached garage for comfortable parking and unloading in the winter or summer. In the garage there are bikes, perfect for exploring the miles of paved bike paths throughout Sunriver.. A portable crib and portable high chair are in the home for families with small children. This home has A/C Pets not accepted. All reservations that are cancelled will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. Guests can cancel any time up to 2 days prior to check in and receive a refund full refund, less the 10% cancellation fee.
