If you're looking for a recently updated vacation rental, look no further! Check out this 6th floor, ocean view condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This ocean view studio is fully furnished with 1 king bed, accent chair, NEW queen sleeper sofa, gorgeous updates, and will comfortably accommodate 2-4 guests. This unique layout offers oversized living space for our guests. Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! This apartment was completely renovated in Spring 2021. Those upgrades include new flooring, new baseboards, fresh paint throughout, full size fridge, new king bed, new mattress, new box springs, accent chair, new distressed headboard, bedside lamps, and new modern decor! Our guests will have access to a private balcony with great views of the ocean and pools. In the kitchenette, guests will have access to a small kitchen sink, cabinet space, plates, cups, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, and more. Our guests love the addition of the full-size fridge. Many other units only have a small drink chiller, and the full-size fridge is a great feature. The studio features 1 king size bed, closet and dresser for storage, Smart TV with cable, and AC unit. There is also an accent chair, queen-sized sleeper sofa, dining table and chairs, and a full bathroom. Just behind the kitchen you will find the bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity with sink and oversized counter space, hair dryer, and toilet. The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, free parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not permitted to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our rates reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We are confident that you are going to love this rental and the location. All payments will be forfeited if canceled.  There will be no refunds due to personal taste or inclement weather.  Hurricanes, including any mandatory evacuations, will not constitute any refund.  We encourage all guests to purchase Travel Protection Insurance at the time of booking.  We make all efforts to ensure the property you have booked is reflected by the pictures shown.  In-resort areas, construction can occur due to new attractions, accommodations, and upgrades to the resort.  We do not offer refunds, make rate adjustments, or provide rebates due to these matters.
