This comfortable three bedroom, two bath house on Nautical Watch is perfect for family vacations or relaxing getaways. It is just a short walk to the beach and across the street from the tennis courts and swimming pool. The open floor plan makes the home perfect for entertaining. There is a large back porch that spans the width of the house and overlooks a marsh sanctuary. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom, and marsh views. The other two bedrooms have very comfortable queen beds. The kitchen has new appliances and is stocked with all of your cooking needs including utensils, glassware, dishes, and pots and pans to cook up your fresh catch of the day. Just down the hall is a full-size laundry room. The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1. Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property. No large groups and no parties! Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. ** Please note there is enough parking for up to 3 vehicles at this property.** Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00
