Newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Lowcountry cottage, centrally located and less than 10 minutes from Downtown Beaufort, Parris Island, and Port Royal. Nestled under the Spanish moss-draped oak trees the cottage is positioned perfectly to enjoy the sunrise over the marshes of Battery Creek, while observing an abundance of wildlife which include migratory birds and the occasional whitetail deer. The open kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, cookware, Keurig, and a traditional coffee maker along with a variety of other small kitchen appliances. The master bedroom has a king bed, desk, smart tv, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. There are two guest bedrooms that share a hall bathroom. One guest room offers a queen bed and the other guest bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms have a smart TV. The Sands Beach, boat landing, and fishing pier is 10 minutes away. The beach and lighthouse at Hunting Island State Park are approximately 25 minutes from the home. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Renters must be 25 or older.
