This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation rental features: Bedroom: Queen bed. Bonus Cozy Nook: Twin bunk bed in hallway, perfect for a little one or two. Living Area: Open concept with a (Queen) sleeper sofa, TV, and Gulf views. Kitchen: Fully equipped and ready for you to prepare meals or snacks to enjoy on the beach-view porch. Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.) Why you will love Seaside Serenity 6: • Direct Gulf views from your living area and balcony. • Private beach access and proximity to public beach and dune lake. • Conveniently located on 30A near world-renowned Seaside and Rosemary Beach. • Perfect for couples or small families seeking a charming beachfront escape. Parking: Onsite parking for only one vehicle is permitted. (No oversized vehicles.) There is extra parking across the street if you have a 2nd vehicle. About the Community/Property: Leeward II features private beach access for guests, with two additional public beach access points less than a three-minute walk away. Eastern Lake is just a short stroll from the condo, offering calm, shallow waters perfect for kids to play and explore. Prior to departure, please dispose of your waste in the labeled trash cans that are located across the street. Other details to note: NO elevator: This unit is on the second floor of Leeward II, accessible via stairs. Laundry: A community washer-dryer is available for guest use (located on the first level). Before placing items into the washing machine, ensure that sand has been rinsed away. Trash Disposal: Prior to departure, please dispose of your waste in the labeled trash cans that are located across the street. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot. Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

Have a blast in 30A! The rental unit will offer guests access to a few basic items: toilet paper, soap, trash bags, and paper towels. (Dishwasher detergent will be provided, if the unit has a dishwasher.) Once a guest depletes what is provided, subsequent replacement is the guest's responsibility. Although guests may receive our Welcome Packet upon booking, the Safe Travels communication (which includes security/access codes) will not be sent until our accounting system registers a zero balance for an existing reservation. Please note that entering resorts and/or rental units is at your own risk. While we aim to offer our guests a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the absence of hazards. From March 1st through September 30th, we are regrettably unable to accommodate late check-outs, early check-ins, or luggage drop-offs prior to 4pm due to high demand/turnover. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. For the safety of everyone, throwing objects from balconies is strictly prohibited and is a serious violation of Florida law (Florida Statute § 790.161). Anyone caught throwing items from a balcony will be required to leave the property immediately—no exceptions. If you witness this behavior, please report it to property management right away. Thank you for helping us keep the community safe and enjoyable for all! Please bag all trash and place it in designated bins. Do not dispose of combustible items, coals, or cigarettes in dumpsters or trash bins. Proper trash disposal helps prevent fires and keeps the community safe.
