Within a 30 minute drive, you can visit Boone, Appalachian mountain, Mount Jefferson State Park, the historic town of West Jefferson, Jeffress Park, The Cascades Waterfall, Tomkins Knob, Betsy's overlook, and scenic The New River for tubing and Kayaking, and The Lump Overlook just to name a few. Within a 45 minute to 1 hour drive, you can visit Blowing Rock, Grandfather Mountain, Banner Elk, ATV tours, Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain to name a few. Each of the three levels of the home has rustic log furnishings a king bed and a full bathroom on each floor for privacy. There is a flat-screen smart TV on each level. The main bathroom has a double sink vanity, separate shower and a claw-foot bathtub for relaxing. There are many separate spaces throughout to accommodate everyone in your group. BEARADISE AT BLUE RIDGE is the perfect spot to get away, relax and unwind from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Please Note: - The driveway to Bearadise at Blue Ridge is gravel and sloped with a sharp turn. 4WD or AWD is required each winter from November to March in case of snow. - Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night. - There are 3 Arlo cameras facing the driveway and parking lot only. - Mature, well-trained dogs under 25lbs welcome. Max of two (2) dogs allowed. - For larger groups, Blessed Sunset Getaway is only 3.5 miles away. - This home is accessed via a moderately steep gravel driveway that is fairly easy to access.
