The West End of Panama City Beach is known for being a quiet and more relaxed area compared to the East End of Panama City Beach, just a short drive from the famously fun Pier Park premier shopping and entertainment destination. Rosemary Beach is just three miles away, you can enjoy shopping, dining, and exploring the charming town. A quick and easy one mile drive or walk to Lake Powell Park! Our mattress in the king bedroom is a Nectar’s Hybrid mattress that combines gel memory foam and individually wrapped steel springs for contouring support and boosted breathability. The golf cart can be rented for $70 each night of your total stay (must be rented for the entire length of your stay). A waiver must be signed. This is a 4-seater golf cart. Pool heat can be added for $30 for each night of your entire stay. (must be rented for the entire length of your stay). We highly recommend adding pool heat during March through May and Sept through November. The pool will be 80-84 degrees depending on how warm it is outside. Dec through Feb is weather permitting, average daily temp needs to be an average of 50 degrees or above. Our gorgeous pool can also be chilled to a refreshing 78-80 degrees. $30 charge for each night of your entire stay. (Please allow for approximately 1 hour per degree in temp to adjust up or down if adding heating or cooling) We do not provide beach towels.

Beach accessories (for instance, chairs, umbrellas, & towels) should, if desired, be brought by the guest or rented from a local merchant. There are vendors along the beach that will have beach chairs and umbrellas you can rent during the season. I recommend going very early to get a good spot on the beach before they sell out. Although guests may receive our Welcome Packet upon booking, the Safe Travels communication (which includes security/access codes) will not be sent until our accounting system registers a zero balance for an existing reservation.
